The number of universities and students in the developing education sector is increasing day by day. The need for quality of life and a secure life in the growing number of students has prompted us to produce new student-oriented concepts
We set out to build a complex that can meet all the needs of our precious youth. We designed it not as an ordinary accommodation center for students, young professionals and young academics, but with the comfort and security of young people in the comfort of a hotel, with its equipped library to support education, hobby room, 24/7 security, order and reception service
We were keen to make the central location one of the most important criteria as we are located in a location close to universities and commercial centers, our project is located next to Esenyurt University in the most strategic location in Esenyurt, on Dogan Erasli Street, parallel to the highway and E5 road, allowing easy access for young people in our project
Although the project appears to be aimed mostly at students, it will also involve young professionals and academics
The project consists of one 3-storey building on a plot of 7,000 square meters
Our project includes a total of 300 student houses and 18 commercial areas in apartments 1 + 0 and 1 + 1,
Each room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet, armchair and personal items safe in the student’s locker
We design the shops in the common area so that they can meet the daily needs of the students
Spacious living area, common areas, hobby rooms, library, study rooms, kitchens and more
Now everything takes 5 minutes! We built a house for students in Esenyurt, the new center of Istanbul, next to the university, hospital, shopping center and metro. While there are 4 million students registered in our country, the dormitory capacity is still less than 1 million students. Most students stay at home, but they can’t always find a place to stay in a student’s budget area, safe and close to public transportation
Its concept is designed by prioritizing social connection that supports students’ personal development outside school hours and encourages them to pursue hobbies. In addition to the freedom and comfort it offers young people, it also makes a difference by giving families the confidence at the maximum level and reducing their fears and anxieties. It is both safe and educational
